Triple 3s
As in 3:33am. That’s what time it is now. Let me take some of you moms and dads back. Back to a time when waking up in the middle of the night wasn’t for a drink of water or to tinkle. It was to change a diaper or two and feed little bear.Well, since I am up anyway, here’s a rundown of the latest. She’s smiling more often; she has this screech she does in the middle of an excited smile that I would call a pre-giggle. “Almost there, girl, keep working those vocal cords.”She is discovering and exploring her hands and their capabilities though I wouldn’t say she is all-out reaching and grabbing for things. On the one hand that sounds like an amazing milestone in her development but, on the other, the idea of her reaching out and grabbing everything sounds like nothing but trouble!
Julie could probably tell you a little more about her physical and mental party tricks but she has her hands and “others” occupied at the moment. We’ll get her to chime in soon...Good night mush!
