Oliver's Italian Bistro
Oliver undertook a remarkable feat recently. I am not sure where the motivation came from, but about two months ago, Oliver announced that he wanted to create an Italian restaurant dining experience. He started by drafting several menus:
The mixture of dishes, marketing, drink names, and outrageous prices make it clear he put a lot of thought into this concept. As it turned out, his initial menus turned out to be pretty close to the final edition:
As Oliver's Italian Bistro Manager, I can say that operating a restaurant is a lot of fucking work. I'm not sure if we'll be doing this again anytime soon. But, to be honest, if he asks, I'll probably say yes. You can see from the picks below, he really got into it and put real love and sweat into the endeavor.
